Scipting with davinchi resolve Windows 10 set up issue

Hi I recently have tried to start creating some scripts with davinchi resolve but when i run an example scipt i get this error:

AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'GetProjectManager'


i have set all enviroment variables according to the read me any ideas?
