Downloaded the SDK for 9.4 and 9.3 SDK and keep getting the same Error.
Using Visual Studio 2019 with .net Framework 4.5 Targeted. The Project opens with a warning on the BMDSwitcherAPI. When I try to include it from the includes folder I get an Error.

After Building the Program still get the same errors.

Could not be added. Please make sure that the file is accessible and that it is a valid assembly or COM Component.
