Hey there. I have DeckLink 4K Extreme which had faulty firmware update. It had been put to the drawer for some time but now I've tried to perform recovery via USB port on the card with no luck. Tried different Desktop Video versions. Windows sees card as "Unknown device", Mac sees it like this:
Maybe is it possible somehow to rise back to life this card or do I have to forget about it?
