Resolve crashing on startup

Hi,
I am using Resolve for quite some time and versions now, but this is the first time I am stuck with a problem.
Resolve keeps crashing just before the loading Projects page. And not even with a crash menu.
Resolve 19.0.00025 (specs see signature)
Up until this week, even the beta worked fine on my system.

So I tried the following without any change:
- new installation of latest (beta) software
- installed latest nvidia drivers
- updated the blackmagic studio drivers
- deinstalled the Resolve Control Panels software
- deinstalled Resolve and installed new.

Then I deleted (moved) the preferences folder, this was the first time I saw the welcome screen and for about 1 second the projects menu, and then it was gone.

I am out of ideas, does anyone have a clue on what this might cause?

Do you use a local project library on an internal drive?

Yes and no. I have two different.
Never had a problem with the external though.

I renamed my current database folders and started Resolve again, I just could see the "upgrade current library" window for about 1 second and then the screen was gone. (Resolve runs in the background tasks though)

Does Dwaine have Idea maybe?

I posted the NFO File of my system and the Resolve logs on our Cloud (see link above)

We reverted back to Resolve 18.6 but no change, the Resolve process hangs in background.
Can anyone from Blackmagic please look at the log files and maybe tell us what is wrong here?

We have some important customer projects coming.

Problem solved, it was our firewall interfering with a TLS scan.
It seems Resolve is communicating with blackmagic.hostedactivation.com on startup.

From one day to the next our firewall blocked the traffic or maybe something or the server has changed and it blocked the traffic. Resolve just quit (see above).
When exluding the server from TLS inspection (Sophos XT Firewall) Resolve just worked again.
