The Problem with Fusion Title presets and Text+

PostTue May 19, 2020 2:26 pm

No drop shadow option.
No stroke option.

These are normal parameters in on screen text, almost essential when not using a box or graphic bg.
It probably is possible in Fusion to use tools to construct them but that's not as simple as adding them as options to the title presets and to Text+.

I sure hope it's possible and something that can be added to the next version.

It is an option with the Text+ Title. Click on the 4th tab in the Inspector that looks like a paintbrush and choose the 3rd element under the Shading Elements and enable it for the Drop Shadow, the Stroke is the 2nd Element. It is also possible for the Fusion Titles as well but you have to switch to the Fusion tab first to modify them. It would be nice if they enabled all of the tabs for the Fusion Titles as they have for the Text+ Title.

Thanks. That will be helpful.

I recommend this video series on the Text+ tool. It's old but still relevant and I doubt there's a better video tutorial on this topic out there.
