Hello, I would like to purchase the Davinci Resolve Studio but I cannot seem to do it from the black magic site. I am based in Mexico and there is no Mexico option. Can I select US?

HELLO, thanks a lot for replying. Yes, I saw that, but then it asks me to select where I am from and there is no Mexico option. Can I select USA? I wanted to add a screenshot but I cannot figure out how to add an image here. If I click on img I get this but then I don't know what to do with it sorry....

Also when it says "shipping is free" there is nothing to be shipped right? Everything is online and I get an activation code?
The other option is to buy it from Amazon, I saw, which is even cheaper.

There are eight Official Resellers ( the first one is also listed as an official on-line reseller)


I would suggest getting it from a distributor gives you some support in your own time zone. Also, you should get (I did) a card folder containing a plastic "credit card" with the licence number and serial number, I also got an SD card with Resolve on it (we are talking back in the V16 days)
This gives you something tangible should your computer ever die/get stolen, etc. Along with an audit, train to someone in your company as proof of purchase. So should there be any problems, you can sort it out in your own country under your own laws. (I know it's unlikely, but it is still useful.)

The issue is that you need to have a billing/credit card address in a supported country. And Mexico is not a supported country currently.

So are you suggesting that I can't get it then or, as previously suggested, should I get it from a Mexico-based reseller? Thanks a lot

I'm suggesting you can't buy it from our online link if you don't have a credit card address in a supported country.

In that scenario, buying it from a reseller would be the way to go. Wouldn't need to be a Mexican reseller.

If you use our online order link, the activation code is emailed to you. Nothing is physically shipped.

But, the credit card used still needs to have an address in a supported country.
