video and audio are out of sync

Dear all.
I have a bad experience with Davinci today. Whenever i render, it always video and audio are out of sync.
Does anyone has similar problem?
I export 10 seconds of video length, but the result always 14 seconds. The audio is fine.

I don't know why.

I recall having a similar issue a while back. The problem for me was the audio plugins I was using seemed to cause problem when rendering (and sometimes during playback).
I rendered the audio to reduce the load on the system. Then I didn't require those plugins to be active while working on the video portion and that seemed to solve it.

I have bounce all audio. but the result same.

The video seems to be the issue. You need to sort out why the rendered video is longer than expected.

What is your project frame rate? What frame rate are you using on the Deliver page? What file format are you rendering?
