Transcription only transcribing one audio track in timeline

I am trying to use transcription on a podcast. Each speaker has their own audio and video tracks. I have tried transcribing via timeline and indivdual clip, and resolve will only include one speaker in the transcription - pls help!

Also - I am manually cutting the video tracks to display the current speaker. In descript it automatically does this based on audio which is great. Any tips on better workflows would be much appreciated.
