Cloud Support Question - Dropped Shared Users

This happened last night, although I didn't get the message until this morning;

I have a Cloud Project Library that I pay for, and it is shared with two other users. Overall that's been fine, but for someone reason at around 8:00 PM Mountain time USA, both the other users were removed from the Cloud Project Library - which is bad, since one was actively working on a project and it just closed on him.

I did not remove them or even access the BMD Cloud at all last night, so is it possible to understand why that happened and how we can prevent it from happening again?

Can u Pm the user ID for the person that was removed as well as the ID for the library owner?
