Video not loading

So a few weeks ago I had the same problem as today, my video was not loading, only the audio and I couldn't scroll trough the clip. After reinstalling the latest drivers for my GPU I saw a setting in the AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition on the DaVinci app that was called OpenCL Triple Buffering and after turning it on it worked. Since then I haven't used the program. Today when opening I had the same problem as before, only the audio was loading. I will leave here the specs, logs, dxdiag and the video so maybe anyone can help.
