Loading project hangs at 100%

I have a project near completion, which will no longer open. The project loading bar hangs at 100%. Issue started after the playback performance became really bad. I restarted Resolve, only to find I could no longer open the project.

So far I have;
1. Un-installed Resolve
2. Cleared all reference to Blackmagic Design from AppData and Program Files
3. Un-Install all other Blackmagic Design applications
4. Disconnected all external devices
5. Re-install Resolve

None of this helped. I also tried to export the project and import into a new project, but this also hangs at 100%. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

What is the drp?

When you export a Davinci Resolve project its saved as a .drp file.
