Customize the background ，Brightness and contrast of the GUI

At present, Davinci Resolve cannot customize the background, brightness, and contrast of the graphical user interface, and only provides a gray background selection. I really like the dark style, but Davinci Resolve cannot achieve it. So I strongly suggest that Davinci Resolve 19 can add these options. Just like Baselight, Mistika, Flame, and some of other DCCs.
