Why cannot I use certain keys for shortcuts?

There seems to be a bug when trying to change existing shortcuts that include command, option, control and shift to ones that also include the same keys, as I simply cannot add them at all, it won't register with the software.

Davinci Resolve Studio ver 18.6
Macbook Pro M1 16GB

Anyone here knows how to fix this?
