Purchase not possible

Hello,
I want to purchase DaVinci Resolve via the site and want to pay for it with PayPal.
However, after pressing the purchase button, the system does not ask for an email address to which the activation code should be sent.
How can I solve this?

We tested in the Netherlands with both PayPal and credit card and both work. Please check your firewall and popup blockers.
