Resolve 15 Studio make proxy footage

I have Arri raw .ari footage shoot anamorphic 2.39:1 and I want to make Pro res proxy footage so It can be edited in FCPX Colour correction will be done in resolve. any advise please

How do I make proxy files from Arri raw .ari footage it was shoot anamorphic. Do I leave it as anamorphic or change to HD for editing in FCPX then need to export back to resolve for colour.
