Export video with one selcting audio track from multiple

I have a project with several video and audio tracks.
When I've done my work, I get the mastered mix from sound team. I put it to the lowest audio track.
What the best way to export master file?
Create a separate timeline with mix track only for export purpose?
Or using Delivery Page option and choose track number I want export? But the number of that track can be other each time and I'll need don't forget to change it every export.
Will the mute unnecessary tracks enough for that task?
Is there another way I don't know yet?

Solo?

If i solo one (or mute other) and will export a file will be it include only soloed track? Or all of them ?

Thanks. Answer please what is the shortest and most efficient way to export In-Out timeline range with several audio tracks to MXF XDCAM HD with one audio stereo track only? How would you do it?
