what command break clip into individual frames ?

Hi,
I have got 'captured from analog' footage which has a fault every other frame, and arrow key right ctrl B is taking forever, to then select every other frame and ripple delete,
what command will break the clip up into frames, saving me bags of time ?
No doubt there is no select every other frame, but to save me tons of ctrl B's would be good.

There is no command to do that.
Export the video as an image sequence and re-import.

You could try the Stop Motion effect set to 2. This will essentially drop every other frame automatically.

If you end up with only the bad frames, try changing the In point on the clip.
