select every other frame or select predominance white

Hi,
I have had to cut clip into individual frames, every other frame has a 'snow' fault full of horizontal white mess, in places thick with it,
To save having to manually select every other frame, the bad ones, could I select them all and have DVR then select those with mostly white in the frame ?

or select a frame and have it select every other frame from that location backwards ?

You can switch to the Fusion page and try adding a Timespeed node after the MediaIn node, right-click the Delay and choose Expression. Then type time%2 for the value. This should skip every other frame and just repeat the other one to keep the number of frames the same.
