Update: Downgraded to 18.6.6 and fault is not present.

Im using Ultrastudio 4K, however on the color page there is roughly a 23-38 frame lag on video. It only happens in the color page. Edit and Fusion page works fine. Any help would be appreciated.
Things ive tried.
-Show all frames in 3 dot menu. (Edit Page)
-Changing the video monitoring frame rate and resolution in the project settings.
-Changing Timeline frame rates.
-Tried both 1080p and 2160p at 24 and 60fps in Desktop Video Setup
M1 Mac
DR 19 Beta 1 or 2
Latest Desktop Video Setup.
