Speed Editor source tape Issue,

Hello, I am just learning to use the Davinci Resolve speed Editor. Currently I am working on placing b-roll on top of my timeline. When using the "Source" or source tape feature I seem to have all my work go Offline when ever I try swapping source to a different folder. I currently have 2 B-roll folders from 2 different shoots and whenever I have the Source change to a different folder the error occurs and it is not recoverable with the resync feature. Is there a solution? Can you only access Source Tape from one folder destivation? I am using the latest 19.0B build 25.
