Intuos 5 touch (small)

PostThu Feb 14, 2013 1:28 am

has anyone used this tablet with Resolve?

wondering if the gestures like zoom and rotate can be used to adjust a power window or the framing of a shot.

how responsive is the tablet when using the 1,2,3,4 finger swipes

thanks

I've had the small one since last November and love it! Have a client with medium size and I find it takes too much movement to do all the UI interactions fast enough for me.

The touch does not work well enough for me to even have it activated but the stylus is great! MUCH FASTER than a mouse!

The touch feature is not anything like an iPad or MacBook Pro track pad and I found it to interfere with stylus actions.

The stylus is great for navigating the UI and QUICKLY adjusting mattes, works for curves fine but I'm an old timer and like playing with my balls, all three, lift, gain, gamma!

I do have large hands and find that I don't need to put the pen down to use my Element Panels and don't need to move my hand a lot to interact with the UI, but YMMV.
