Resolve Lite quits immediately after login

Hi,

Resolve Lite 9.1 quits/crashes without any error message on my Macbook Pro 15" Retina everytime immediately after I Log In to my account on Resolve. Resolve loads fine up to that point without error messages.

It has worked okay in the past - not sure what's going on. I have automatic GPU switching disabled, and GfxCardStatus set to the Discrete card only.

I have OS X 10.7.5 & CUDA 5.0.37 (GPU Driver Version: 7.32.12 295.10.20f01)

Downloading Mountain Lion right now to see if that fixes the problem...

seen this problem on the forum before, but couldn't find a posted solution. Happy to send a .spx and .tgz file if that will help!

Update to 10.8.2 and resolve 9.1.1. In meantime, to use resolve, you need to quit all other programs and logout/log back in to clear GPU ram. This isn't as important in 10.8.2.
