Bit of an odd one, thought I'd better update desktop video (Windows 10) as it was on the old side 12.2.2, removed the old one and installed 12.9. When I went t6o open the software it shows as being open (blue line underneath) but nothing comes up on the screen. Thought maybe it was a compatibility issue (duo 2) so re installed 12.2.2 but am still getting the same problem.
