When the internal Intensity Pro 4K card driver is uninstalled, playback in Davinci Resolve (19 b2) is just fine, whether on 1080P or 2160P timeline. However, when it is installed, playback in 2160P timeline is choppy (topping out at 19.5 fps on 23.976 timeline), under any and all circumstances (render cache, file types...no matter). It is clearly the capture card causing the problem. Any solution? Computer is Windows 11, AMD Ryzen 9 7950X, 64 GB RAM, RTX 4080.
