I'd like to request encrypting of DCTLs with the scripting API. This would also require a function to list all DCTLs, for example with the full path to avoid name duplicates.
GetDctlList() --> [paths...]
# Returns a list of paths of unencrypted DCTLs
EncryptDctl(dctlPath, outputFolder, expiryDate=None) --> Bool
# Encrypts the DCTL specified by the dctlPath into the outputFolder with the given expiry time.
# If no expiryDate is provided, it defaults to no expiry time.
