motion blur option on edit page

we should have a motion blur option for all the layers just like after effects.

Agreed, wish I didn't need to use a Transform effect just to add motion blur. The transform controls in the inspector do all the same things, so couldn't there just be a Motion Blur checkbox right there? The transform effect in the edit page seems redundant and unnecessary.
