It would be useful to have the orange dot also present on any of the other curves that are manipulated within the general curves section. useful as a quick reference than having to something toggle which is the one with changes.

For now, we do get the specific Curves listed in the Node.

Yeah. Though I think this would in my opinion an extra helpful thing. I kinda miss the words attached to the icons. At this point it's memory but its still faster association the way it was.. lol and just having that orange dot at a glance would make clicking even faster on a micro board and keyboard I guess.

It's a small thing. no deal breaker just my thought.

So, you mean: you want to save the hue selection that you make in the Hue vs. Hue and apply to all the other curves? I think this is hard to do for the simple reason that every curve is responsible for changing a different thing.

There's a point where I'll reach for one of the Curves every time when I know the results I need, but sometimes I decide a Qualifier is a better way to go, and I jump over a few hoops (like using tracking masks and very soft qualifiers) to make sure it won't "break" and reveal artifacts in playback, especially under different lighting conditions. I think Color Slice in Resolve 19 will be another fantastic tools for operations like this.

A lot of the operating methodology boils down to, "grab what works best for you and what gives you the fastest results." For me, I'm not going to do a specific Hue vs. Hue curve and a specific Sat vs. Hue curve on the exact same thing in the same shot. That's at the point where I use a qualifier instead... and they can work even though they are very different.

And if there is no space for it, they should just make the icone orange if something was modified
