color shapes - [retain image position]

I have a challenge on making some looks because the shapes in color always follow edit/input sizing, imagine a shape like a vignette that has something like prism blur, density and color tint in the outside of it, you cannot put it and let it be because potentially every shot is different due to [shape follow transform] philosophy.

Request: have a tick for [retain image position] (or, [shape do not follow transform]) so we can put a shape and leave as it is.
