Phantom camera .cine files needs metadata

Currently DaVinci does not give correct metadata for Phantom .cine files. It shows the format settings (1920/29.97psf) as the files resolution and framerate, even when it was shot in higher resolutions and higher framerates. It plays correctly on timelines, but is missing that metadata. Currently the only way to read that metadata is programs like Assimilate and AVID, possibly Adobe premiere as well (don't have Adobe to test).

Also please note that current timecode for Phantom is not reading correctly in Resolve. Tested between multiple other software, including AVID, EditReady, and Assimilate Scratch.
