Ripple Overwrite in the Cut Page

Cut Page - Ripple Overwrite in menu Edit is grey, Shift-F10 doesn't working, but if I click icon in above the timeline it working fine. Why you did so?
The last DaVinci versions had the same issue.

Mac Studio M2, MacOS Sonoma
