DR 19 Public Beta - Possible Media Management Bug
Concerns: Edit page -> Media Management -> Clips -> Copy -> Used media and trim.

Setup: Mac Studio M1 Ultra 128GB RAM
MOV files recorded on Atomos Ninja, 4k HEVC, ~ 30Mb/s, 29.97fps
Around 15GB in size.

Procedure that works on Resolve 18.6

- Drop Video file onto new timeline, trim front and back
- Select video file (+ audio)
- Media Management -> Clips -> Copy
- Use: Selected timeline clips
- Copy: Used media and trim keeping 30 frame handles
- Use project name subfolder checked.
- Hit Start.
- Files copy to folder set in destination with the trims applied.

This same procedure in DR 19 Beta results in: Failed to copy "name_of_file_here"

Selecting Copy -> All media does seem to work.

However...I need the trim functioning. Thanks.

Please post this in the 19 beta subforum, together with a log.

Reposted. Not a fan of posting logs on public forums but happy to DM directly if Devs need them.
Problem should be very easy to repoduce though.

Simply posting for Devs to be aware.

I'm sure they'll have a look, that's what a public beta is for.
