We are sharing projects via BM Cloud Server, when creating transcripts with speaker names, the computer that generates the transcript can see the speaker names, but the other users do not see the usernames.
When troubleshooting, we regenerated transcripts on 5 clips and labeled names, but the 2nd computer showed a blank column where the names should be.
We then cleared and generated transcripts on 1 clip using the 2nd editors machine, suddenly the 1st editor lost all speaker names on the other 4 clips.
Additional transcription notes:
It would be great if, when exporting to TXT files, the speaker names and timecode were also exported. This will greatly help the producer's workflow. It would also be great if marked sections showed up as highlighted text in the transcripts. We love the new tools! thank you
