AMD GPU rendering still wrong export bitrate

Can anybody with AMD GPUs (preferably 6000 series) test if Resolve renders at the correct bitrate?

With Native (CPU rendering) the output file corresponds to the selected bitrate, with AMD renderer it is anybody's guess what the bitrate of the file will be. Even set to constant bitrate, the file has a random bitrate, for example i've set 35000 Kbps and i always get a file with bitrate between 45 and 80 Mbps.

Tested today the Voukoder encoder and used the AMD H264 preset. The rendering times are very similar, but the Voukoder plugin respects the selected birate.

The target was set to 30000 Kbps, the Voukoder respected the target while the Internal Resolve encoder did not.

Both used the AMD hardware encoder, so the fault falls on Resolve with this one.
