Ultimatte Software Control - No interface

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the latest Ultimatte software, but when i open the software controller, no interface appears although the app is running in the Task Manager.

Any help would be very welcome

Do you have an ethernet connection to the device? Also a bit more about your set-up and device would be helpful.

I have exactly the same problem. We use two Ultimatte 12 4ks and everything has been working fine for almost a year. But suddenly the Ultimatte Software Control Program can no longer be opened. It's really strange, from one moment to the next it stopped opening. I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling and updating the Ultimattes firmware.

The Ultimatte Setup program immediately finds the Ultimatte on the network. But even after the update the Software Control won't open. As you said, there is no interface anymore.

Have you found a solution for this?
